“Do you have any experience with alchemy?” Lily asked Henry.
“Not really. I know you need to collect ingredients and mix them together, but that’s about as far as my knowledge goes”.
“Alchemy is about much more than mixing ingredients together,” admonished Lily. “You have to know which ingredients react well with each other. Mix any old thing and you could blow yourself up, or worse - shit your insides out. Take a look at the potion I’m working on now - it’s a new stamina potion that will help those who drink it to last longer in bed. I mix two red roses with one daisy, a quart of troll fat and some water from the Eelry stream to make it. It’s not tasty, but it does the job. But let’s say you decided to use white roses instead of red ones, or goblin fat instead of troll fat. Well, you’d have a disaster on your hands”.
“How do I know which ingredients work well together?” asked Henry. He had hoped it would be easy to level up with the Magician’s Alliance, but if he had to learn the properties of every type of ingredient, he’d be here for years.
“It’s not as easy as it looks, but you can learn. There’s a few tomes on the bookshelf over there that describe hundreds of popular recipes - that’s always a good place to start if you can follow directions. Or you can be trained by someone with experience. Once you start collecting ingredients and brewing potions, you’ll start to understand the different properties each ingredient has. Plus, any time you make a successful potion, the recipe will be stored in your Stormcom. There’s a steep learning curve at the start, but it soon gets easier”.
“I’ll take your word for it,” send Henry, laughing. As he spoke to the young elf, he couldn’t stop himself from admiring her again. Even beneath her robes, he could see her figure and it was perfect. She was shorter than average, even for an elf, but every part of her body was perfectly in proportion. And the way that she was so educated and passionate about what she was doing, well, it really turned him on. He knew he had a lot of work to do to reach level 20, but he wouldn’t say no if she wanted to help him level up right now.
“Are you okay? You’re acting strange”. Lily flicked her hair behind her as she turned to face the alchemy table she’d been working at, and Henry knew he had to be bold. He didn’t know whether she was an NPC or not, but if he imagined that she was, he could talk like a normal person and stop acting like a crazy lovesick orc.
“Yes, I’m good. Amazing actually,” said Henry. “I’ve just met the most beautiful elf I’ve ever seen in my life, and she’s educated and passionate too. I think I may be looking at my ideal woman”. Was that too cliche? Oh yes, it most definitely was.
Lily laughed and turned back around to face him. “Is that right?” she questioned, a flirty tone in her voice.
“And I’m the most handsome orc you’ve ever seen too, am I not?” said Henry, assuming he might as well go with it.
“You’re not bad for an orc”.
Lily stroked one finger down Henry’s face, awakening his senses, and leaned in to kiss him. This kiss felt different to any of the others he’d had in Stormshire. There was a spark behind it. It felt real.
Henry kissed Lily back as if she was the only woman alive. Everything Rizon had told him that morning disappeared from his mind as he lost himself entirely to the beautiful elf in front of him.
“I wish we could do more,” said Lily, breaking up the kiss. “I really need to get a move on though. These potions aren’t going to make themselves, and if I’m late…”.
“The woman I spoke to said the same thing when she sent me here,” said Henry, frowning. “But surely she wouldn’t notice if you disappeared for a short break? I can help you find ingredients, or even brew them if you show me what you need. We’ll get through your workload a lot quicker if we both do it”. His need was desperate and he hoped he’d said enough to tempt her.
Lily placed her arms around Henry’s neck. “You make a good point orc,” said Lily. “I do need someone to help me gather ingredients, and technically, you do need my help to complete your quest, even if it literally did consist of you finding the alchemy room”.
“Hey,” said Henry. “Sometimes a short quest is better than a long one. And, at least I didn’t risk my life on the way here like I did yesterday… and the day before that…”.
“Oh, you’re a wild adventurer, are you? Talk of death and battles really does something to a girl”.
“So…”
“Screw Esmeralda, I’m sure I can take a break. If you promise to help me afterwards that is”.
“I’ll do anything,” said Henry. He scooped Lily up in his large orc hands, and flexed his torso as she wrapped her legs around him. “I’ve never done it on an alchemy table before,” he said, winking.
“You won’t want to be doing it on that one unless you want your skin to break out in hives,” Lily replied. There’s a small sofa in the corner of the room - I sleep there sometimes when I work long hours. That may be a better option”. She winked at him and slowly parted her gown, giving him a sneak peek of her flesh.
“Damn,” said Henry. He was imagining himself pushing all the bottles off the table and fucking her right there. But hives? No, he didn’t want that.
With Lily still wrapped around his waist, Henry carried her to the small sofa and laid her down. He drew the curtains, ensuring their privacy, and latched the bolt on the door.
“I like your thinking,” Lily whispered to him, a sweet little giggle escaping her lips.
12
The atmosphere in the room was hot and sultry, and by the time Henry had walked the short distance back to Lily, he was hard. With the curtains drawn, the only light came from the gaps under the door, and the luminescent ingredients Lily had been working with. Being here with Lily felt naughty, naughtier than anything Henry had done in his life, but he had never wanted anyone more.
“Are you comfortable?” Henry asked Lily. He’d never been worried about such things before and was surprised by the effect she was having on him already.
“Very, but I don’t think that’s the plan,” Lily laughed. “At least you won’t be needing any of my potion by the looks of you. Wow. I didn’t realise orcs were so big down there”.
Henry scoffed playfully at her remark, and removed his armour, followed by his clothes. Still trying to get used to his muscular body, it took him longer than he’d have liked, but Lily watched him intently, her eyes drawn to his body.
“Seeing as you just need to level up,” said Lily. “How about I provide you with a solo experience? And then when you return with my ingredients, we can take it to the next step”.
Henry wasn’t sure whether that would work - on his first quest, he’d been told he had to have full sex to level up. Plus, he was aching to fuck Lily. He didn’t want to wait. “Don’t you want to?” he asked, a wave of disappointment rushing over him.
“Of course I do,” she said softly. “I’m just scared of Esmeralda finding out. But tonight… tonight I promise I’ll have more time”.
Lily didn’t wait for Henry to reply. She took his large cock in her hands and began to stroke it softly. Her hands were small, like the rest of her body, but she moved like she’d done this a thousand times before, touching every part of him, sending shockwaves through to his core.
“Fuck,” Henry groaned.
Lily smiled, enjoying the effect she was having on Henry so quickly. Sensing it was time, she took the tip of his cock into her soft lips, and began to lick it, teasing him with every flick. Henry worried for a second that she wouldn’t be able to take him - his orc build was rather large - but it didn’t prove to be a problem. As Henry continued to moan with the pleasure, she pulled him into her more deeply until he was fully inside.
Henry felt his cock reach the back of Lily’s throat and expected her gag reflex to kick in, but it didn’t. She continued to suck him and tease his cock at an alarming rate while massaging his balls. Henry could hear his heart pounding, and he watched Lily as intently as he could, not wa
nting to miss one second of what she was doing to him. The image of Lily’s sexy little mouth bobbing up and down on his cock would be etched in his mind forever.
Her hands, her tongue, her lips; Lily was giving Henry the best blow job of his life and despite him wanting to hold out, desperately not wanting the pleasure to end, he knew that it wasn’t possible. He was on the edge of a cliff, and he was close to diving off it into the deep waters below as his level of ecstasy overwhelmed him. And then, with one last flick of her tongue, he came, the pleasure too much for him to contain himself any longer.
Lily didn’t move an inch as Henry’s thick orange cum squirted into her mouth. She continued to massage his tight balls, squeezing out every last drop, and swallowed each mouthful.
“Fuck me,” said Henry as he let himself fall to the floor. Tremors ran through his body as he continued to ride out the orgasm, releasing all the tension that he wasn’t even aware he was carrying. “That was incredible. You are incredible”.
“Really?” asked Lily. “I’ve never done that before”.
“You haven’t?” said Henry, not quite believing it. He laid down on the floor while he attempted to regain his breath. Not having a trusty towel on hand made him feel slightly self conscious, but he knew that with this new body of his, he had nothing to worry about. Not in the aesthetics department anyway.
“No,” Lily replied. “But it made me wet seeing how much you were enjoying it. I’d love to do it again”.
Henry smiled and ran his hand down one of Lily’s legs, caressing her softly. “I’d like that too,” he replied.
Seconds later the levelling screen appeared before Henry’s eyes. ‘Level 8 achieved’. He sat up and laid his head against Lily’s legs. “So I guess all orgasms count”.
“I told you they did, didn’t I? Not that I’ve helped any adventurers before you mind. Do you know what you’re going to put your skill points into? I’d suggest putting one into alchemy if you want to help me later”.
Henry looked through the options he had available. He’d been given two skill points again, and really needed to focus on spells, but he wanted to keep Lily happy as well. In the end, he decided to place one skill point into a ‘shockgasm’ spell, and one into the basic ‘alchemy skill line’. It would apparently make finding ingredients easier.
“Can I ask you something?” asked Lily as Henry began to pull his clothes back on. “Why has an orc decided to join the Magicians Alliance? Wouldn’t the Melee Alliance have been a better fit?”
Henry decided he’d be honest without giving too much of his plan away. Lily was different, he knew that much, but what if she was one of them? He thought it unlikely, but he had to be careful.
“Honestly, I feel a bit vulnerable with a melee build,” he replied. “I wasn’t lying when I said I nearly died yesterday, and magic seems to be my best option of staying alive. I met another adventurer and she told me I could improve my character fast if I joined the Magicians. Plus, you’re not in the Melee Alliance. I’d train to be an alchemist every minute of my life if it meant spending time with you”.
Lily blushed. “Hmmm, well I guess now is as good a time as any to join. We do need a lot of adventurers right now, what with the special visitor arriving on Friday and all”.
“So can you help me?” said Henry. “Maybe give me two or three quests to do at once?”.
Lily thought about it for a second and decided it wouldn’t do any harm. She’d never heard of a rule that stated you couldn’t complete more than one quest at once.
“Yes,” she replied. “I want to help you. But the sex will have to wait until tonight. Esmeralda won’t take kindly to me taking any more time off and I can’t risk being kicked out of the Alliance. To start with, I need some ingredients; there’s a list on the table just there. You should be able to find them on the outskirts of town. If I mark each one as a separate quest that should help. You might want to pick up some more roses and extra water for some stamina potions too - otherwise I’m never going to be able to give you five orgasms this evening. You can find bottles for the water on the table next to the note”.
Henry laughed. “Yes ma’am,” he replied.
Five quests, plus the one he’d just completed, would take him up to level thirteen, which was a good boost for a day’s work. If he worked quickly, he may even be able to spend some more time with Lily. That would be ideal.
“I can also give you a quest to speak to Tinara. She’s the leader of the guild and will be able to provide you with a room. All new Alliance members are given one and the accommodation is more than suitable for what you’ll need”.
“Fantastic,” said Henry. He picked up the handwritten list of ingredients and the water bottles, gave Lily another deep kiss, and left the alchemy room. It wasn’t long before he was back outside, enjoying the warm sunlight on his face.

Henry opened the piece of parchment and read it quickly. He needed to find strangler figs, monkey orchids, bluebells, a mammoth’s tusk, and some stream water. The stream was close to where he’d woken up on his first day in Stormshire, and Henry had seen some bluebells around there too. Not knowing where he’d find the other ingredients, Henry decided to head towards the stream. Hopefully the skill point he’d just spent would help him locate them with ease.
As Henry reached the stream, he felt a sereneness wash over him. It was almost as if, now he was out of the town of Eelry, everything was a lot calmer. He hadn’t realised it at the time, but his head had felt foggy within the town walls, and now that it was clear, it was like he could think properly again. Whether that was down to being in the countryside or down to some weird spell affecting everyone within the town, he didn’t know.
Henry bent down at the side of the stream and filled the bottles Lily had given him. When they were full and securely fastened, he deposited them into his Stormcom. 1 down, 4 to go.
Luckily, finding bluebells wasn’t hard as they grew in the grassy field close-by to the stream. Plus, he’d seen them plenty of times in the real world and knew exactly what he was looking for. He had expected finding strangler figs and monkey orchids to be much more difficult, but the skill point he’d invested in gave him detailed information about every plant he came close to. Upon finding them, he realised how common they were in Stormshire, he’d just had no idea what they were actually called, despite seeing them everywhere. Every time Henry deposited his ingredients, he thought of Lily. Her beautiful face never far away.
Finally, with all of the plants and the stream water collected, Henry needed to find a mammoth’s tusk. He didn’t want to have to kill one if he could help it, but he also had no idea where else he could find one. Maybe a merchant would have one for sale.
Rather than jumping on his horse and riding back into town, Henry decided to take a slow stroll. He was enjoying being able to think clearly for the first time in days and he had a lot to contemplate. First of all was the issue with Nellie. He wondered whether he could actually trust her. Would she break the game by messing around with Sara or was that a lie concocted by Arabella. She’d seemed sincere, but then technically so had Arabella.
What about Rizon? He had certainly seemed trustworthy that morning, but what if he was trying to trick him as well? Henry had no clue what to believe, and no-one he could really trust.
And then there was Lily. Even outside of the town, she was dominating his thoughts. Every time he thought of her, and their encounter in the alchemy room, he felt his pulse quicken and his cock getting hard. He had never fallen for anyone in the outside world in the way he had for her, but he was also very aware of the possibility that she wasn’t real; he didn’t expect many beautiful elves fell in love with orcs unless they were forced. He needed to find a way to talk to her, to discover how much, if anything, she knew. If she became his confidant, maybe she could help him come up with a plan. But the alchemy room wasn’t the place to do it. Henry couldn’t trust anyone and he was sure the developers had placed spies within
the most common game locations.
The closer Henry returned to Eelry, the more he could feel his thoughts begin to fog up. Aside from his strong feelings for Lily, which still persisted, his thoughts of the other characters he’d met became hazy. The sooner he found a mammoth’s tusk, the sooner he could return to Lily.
Henry walked along the stalls in the marketplace. It was early afternoon, and the stalls were busy as characters of all races shopped for food, potions, spell books and gifts. Henry spied a stall selling ingredients and walked over to it, hoping he would find what he needed.
“Can I help you sir?” the merchant asked. He had long wiry hair, a long grey beard, and bad breath that seemed to linger as he spoke. Henry thought he would have fitted in better with the Magicians Alliance than the Merchants, but maybe they had some kind of code about hygiene. Even as an orc, the smell was making him retch.
“Maybe, I’m not sure. I’m looking for a mammoth’s tusk,” said Henry, diverting his gaze as he spoke.
“Are you now? They’re not cheap lad. I do have a couple out back, but the going price is 10,000 coins just for one”.
“I don’t have that kind of money,” Henry replied sullenly.
“Well, I’m afraid I can’t sell you one then. Unless you want to come to some other arrangement?”
Henry contemplated what the merchant said. He supposed he didn’t have much choice, and he definitely didn’t want to hang around talking to him for much longer. Sex was definitely out of the question though. “What do you want me to do?” he asked.
“I’ve got a shipment I need to get to Thornforest. The girl who was supposed to come and pick it up never showed and I can’t get in touch with her. If you can deliver the shipment, I’ll give you the tusk as payment”.
Henry was actually planning to go to Thornforest, but not for a few days. He needed to level up first; Nellie had made that clear.
